Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping: 10-25 business days (depending on location).
Shipping Charges:
- Within Pakistan – Flat rate or free shipping above a set amount (you can decide).
- International – Calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges or import duties.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable but may be exchanged (if available).
Process:
- To initiate a return/exchange, email us at pkdibaaj@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us.
Refunds:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be offered.
Damaged / Wrong Item:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
